Sally is a very diligent and professional property searcher who made a good selection of properties to show me. It saved me a lot of time not having to go through various estate agents and I was only shown the properties which fitted my criteria. She also had meetings with planning, arranged architects, builders and surveyors to give me good indication of what costs were involved before purchase and led me through the sales process.
She also drove me to the various properties and picked me up from the airport which again saved me a lot of time and effort. I can highly recommend Sally to help you finding your ideal property.

I approached Sally Fraser of Stacks in 2009 to assist me in a search for a number of investment properties. The search was a difficult one in that I wanted new apartments with a 7%+ yield which were easily rentable and had potential for significant upside in the future.
Sally sourced a number of options for me and ultimately negotiated a deal on my behalf with a UK listed house builder which has proved to be a better investment than anticipated with a current yield in excess of 8%, 100% occupancy rates and other apartments in the same development now selling at a 20% premium to what I paid. On that basis I would have no hesitation recommending Sally.
